On April 4, we gathered at Supriya's space for another WeCircle mindfulness session — a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.
The session began with gentle yoga and movement, allowing everyone to slow down and become present in their bodies. From there, we moved into guided reflection and open conversation.
Women left feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected — to themselves and to each other.
